Cancellation Policy and Refunds

First Coast School of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel Classes. If your payment method was a combination Credit Card, Check or Cash, your refund will be issued to you in the form of a check with in 5 to 7 business days from the cancellation date for the total amount paid for the course.  Students that wish to transfer their registration will have a class credit with First Coast School of Real Estate for one calendar year from the date payment was made. For any courses that includes [Textbook], all materials must be returned in brand-new and sale-able condition [No writing, Highlighting, or any other damage]. Materials that are not returned in brand new condition will have the cost of the materials deducted from any refund.

A request for a refund must be made via e-mail to Info@FirstCoastSchoolOfRealEstate.com at least 24 hours before the date of the class. Refunds will be returned within 5 to 7 business days of receipt, and the credit will be in the form of a check.  All Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Students who do not show up for their registered class will forfeit any refund.
