Amanda Houser Acquires First Coast School of Real Estate, Bringing Extensive Industry Expertise to Northeast Florida.



[Green Cove Springs, January 5, 2024] – Amanda Houser, a distinguished figure in the real estate sector with 14 years of experience, has successfully acquired First Coast School of Real Estate. Widely recognized for her achievements, Houser was named in the prestigious 40 Under 40 list for new construction in 2018, a segment constituting 40% of her business at the time.



Having navigated solo ventures, led mega teams, and served in executive management for prominent brokerages in Northeast Florida, Houser is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape. She holds the distinction of being a licensed Florida state instructor for pre and post-licensing, as well as continuing education.



Houser’s commitment to education extends further as a faculty instructor for Florida Realtors®. Her teaching approach is characterized by enthusiasm and energy, contributing to a nearly 100% pass rate among her students, who consistently express satisfaction with her classes.



Noteworthy is Houser’s initiative to create tailored curriculums, offering affordable and convenient training packages available to smaller brokerages who cannot afford Career Development in-house. This strategic effort aims to elevate the Northeast Florida real estate industry by fostering knowledgeable and dedicated advocates for clients in her local community.
