Which option did I chose? Personally, my GRI 100, 200 & 300 series that I utilized for my 60hr Broker Post-Licensing should have fulfilled my Ethics requirement, but was not showing up on my record with NAR. Instead of making several phone calls to my local and/or state association to have it rectified, I figured I'd just try out the NAR provided FREE Online Course. I was curious anyway!
It was not as terribly painful as most online courses can be, but I am also an educator and fascinated with learning and especially when it comes to the the topic of Ethics. The course itself was easy to navigate, was somewhat up to date, but has a bit of room for modernization. EVEN BETTER, it only took about 35 minutes to complete the entire course!
With so many options available, there’s no excuse to miss this important requirement from the National Association of Realtors! Stay compliant and keep selling!
Happy learning & Happy Selling!
