Cancellation Policy

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between: Amanda D Houser, LLC 263 Eagle Creek Road Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 1. Services Provided: Amanda D Houser, LLC agrees to provide consulting and brokerage services to INSERT YOUR BROKERAGE BUSINESS ("Client") in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. 2. Copyright and Intellectual Property: a. Amanda D Houser, LLC retains the copyright to all materials, documents, and content created during the provision of services. Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any such material without the prior written consent of Amanda D Houser, LLC. b. Client shall provide protection for all logos and proprietary standard operating procedures unique to the brokerages that Amanda D Houser, LLC works with. Amanda D Houser, LLC agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any such logos and proprietary standard operating procedures without the prior written consent of the Client. 3. Compensation: a. In consideration for the services provided, Client agrees to pay Amanda D Houser, LLC the sum of $1,000. Payment shall be made in the terms of 50% upfront and 50% due upon receipt of the final project.. 4.
